Client Agreement
Music Services & DJ Client Agreement
This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Keyboard Emerged ("Service Provider") and the client.
​
("Client") for the provision of music production and/or DJ services.
​
1. SERVICES
Keyboard Emerged agrees to provide the following:
- Music compositions, mixing, or custom tracks.
- DJ performance services for events such as parties, weddings, or corporate functions.
2. BOOKING & PAYMENT
- All bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and full payment in advance.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for events booked more than 30 days in advance.
- Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or other approved methods.

3. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the event may qualify for a partial refund (minus deposit).
- Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.
- In the event of an emergency or cancellation by the Service Provider, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client must provide accurate event details (location, time, duration, technical requirements).
- Client agrees to ensure venue access and working power sources for equipment.
- Any damages caused to equipment by the client or their guests will be the client's responsibility.

5. COPYRIGHT & USAGE
- All original music remains the intellectual property of Keyboard Emerged unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- DJ mixes or recordings may not be resold or reproduced without written consent.6. LIABILITY
Keyboard Emerged is not liable for interruptions due to acts of God, equipment failure, or unsafe working conditions caused by the client or venue.

Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
Keyboard Emerged LLC warrants that all electronic products (including speakers, headphones, and
other devices) purchased directly from us or our authorized sellers will be free from defects in materials
and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. What This Warranty Covers
• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Malfunctions under normal, intended use
• Products that do not perform as described within the 30-day period
3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not apply to:
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic issues
• Damage caused by water, moisture, or extreme conditions
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
• Lost or stolen items
4. Warranty Remedies
If a defect is confirmed within the 30-day period, Keyboard Emerged LLC will, at its discretion:
• Repair the product, OR
• Replace the product with the same or similar model, OR
• Issue store credit or a refund if repair/replacement is not possible
Replacements may be new or refurbished and are covered for the remainder of the original 30-day
period only.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
1. Provide proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation).
2. Contact support@keyboardemergedllc.com within 30 days of purchase.
3. Ship the item back following the instructions from our support team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is confirmed defective.
6. Limitation of Liability
Keyboard Emerged LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Warranty remedies are
strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund.
7. Consumer Rights
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state.
